FSIS will host a series of webinars to provide guidance on the upcoming nutrition labeling of single ingredient meat and poultry products and ground or chopped meat and poultry products, which will take effect January 1, 2012. Webinars are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 8 and December 13.
