Kowieski discovered her passion for project management while working as a quality manager on a capital construction project at Land O’Lakes, Inc. The project involved the replacement of outdated infrastructure and the installation of high-tech equipment. Kowieski focused on all quality aspects of the project, including the design and finishes of the processing areas, program development, plant startup and employee training.
From leading digital transformations to maximizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), Kowieski’s multidisciplinary manufacturing experience allows her to empathize with SafetyChain customers and prioritize what’s important to their specific production. She’s driven by exceeding customer expectations and loves when project objectives lead to unexpected value.
Outside of work, Kowieski enjoys being outdoors, hiking, golfing and paddleboarding.
