The core of Integrated Pest Management is using data to make decisions that help resolve current pest risks and prevent future infestations. For more than 30 years, Brad Henry, vice president of operations, IFC, has been committed to using analyzed data to implement sustainable pest management solutions. Starting in 1993, Henry worked summers in the IFC warehouse. After college, Henry became a service technician. He has since held multiple roles until becoming vice president of operations.
Henry’s expertise lies in leveraging analyzed data and its corresponding analytics to tackle challenging pest issues, all while fostering collaboration with customers. Recently, when infested product was brought into a warehouse environment, data analytics was used to determine that the infested pallets came in on a recent inbound shipment and did not originate within the warehouse. This allowed rapid response to isolate the pallets and implement remedial corrective actions, saving the warehouse from further spread of the pests.
