
Pedersen brought 14 years of food industry experience with him when he joined the Denmark-based company in 1994. Having previously managed a food packaging production company, he was familiar with the high safety standards and strict regulations the industry is bound to.
As Group Managing Director, he’s focused his efforts on driving product innovation, improving sustainability and increasing the brand’s expertise and thought leadership in the food safety field.
In his free time, Pedersen enjoys cycling, traveling and good food and wine.
