ETQ, a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of Quality Management System (QMS), Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and compliance management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, has introduced ETQ Reliance 2019, an enhancement to the company’s flagship offering. The latest release of ETQ Reliance 2019 includes a new user interface (UI) and several enhancements that improve personalization and collaboration. The company said it also has packaged the software to make it easier and more cost-effective for customers to select from a range of bundled QMS solutions that closely match their unique quality processes and workflows.
The new release builds on ETQ’s pioneering strength in ease-of-use, flexibility, configurability and delivering quality management and compliance best practices right out of the box, the company said, adding, with ETQ Reliance 2019, ETQ continues to empower businesses to optimize their critical quality processes and drive product and service excellence to create superior brand reputation and a clear business advantage.
As described by ETQ, features include:
- A new user interface and user experience (UI/UX) that offers better searchability, more efficient communication methods, more visual status indicators, and the ability to accommodate a broader range of unique user needs and process requirements.
- Seven integrated SaaS solutions: Quality by Design, Nonconformance Handling, Supply Chain Quality, Complaints Management for Life Sciences, Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Enterprise Risk Management that support the needs of company’s unique quality programs and workflows.
- 35 automated processes, all of which include best practices and deep functionality to shorten an organization’s time-to-value.
- Upgraded training options with ETQ Academy, featuring more than 100 online training elements from full product certifications, to short eLearnings and “bite-sized” hints-and-tips that allow quality teams to quickly master ETQ Reliance 2019 and become highly productive.

For current customers, migrating from an on-premise installation of ETQ Reliance results in minimum downtime, no loss of data or functionality, and no disruption to end users.
