For 21 years the Food Safety Summit has addressed emerging issues, provided effective solutions, and served as a forum for the food safety community to exchange ideas. The 2020 event, scheduled for May 4-7, 2020, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill., will continue to expand upon the offerings with a focus on implementation of food safety solutions.
