The Expo floor, located in Gatlin C Expo Hall, will then be open from 1:00-5:30 p.m., followed by a social hour. Exhibition space is sold out. Registration is free. To learn more or to register, go to www.iftflorida.org/suppliers-night.

“IFT Florida Section members are among the most passionate food professionals in the world, selflessly volunteering their time and expertise to help build a better and healthier food supply while making a difference in our communities,” said Luis Martinez, IFT Florida Section Suppliers Night chair and senior vice president of R&D and commercialization at Rubix Foods, a culinary and food science-focused provider of flavor and functional ingredients for restaurants and food manufacturers. “The Suppliers Night Expo embodies that passion as it would not be possible without the support of so many.”

The IFT Florida Section connects hundreds of members spanning all areas of the food and beverage industry across Florida with thousands of other food professionals to share knowledge and develop relationships. The IFT Florida Section actively supports its local communities, funding tens of thousands of scholarships every year. IFT Sections allow food science professionals to network with their local peers through a variety of events and opportunities. IFT has 47 Sections spread across the U.S., as well as Mexico, Japan, England, and Canada.

“IFT Sections are an outstanding way for food professionals to make strategic connections in their area, expand their community and skillset, while also supporting their local communities and the students who represent the future of the food industry,” said Alan Chewning, IFT director of section engagement.
