In a new video from the National Chicken Council, video, learn how safety protocols, including physical distancing, personal protective equipment, onsite nurses, plexiglass barriers, temperature monitoring, hand washing stations, and dividers in common areas are keeping employees safe. The footage also provides a look at how daily sanitization procedures are completed by plant employees and then inspected by a representative from USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) before the plant begins operations each day.
