
Outside of the bed bug, there is no other insect that evokes more public disgust than the cockroach. Although cockroaches are known for their fastidious grooming, the structural infesting variety can carry foodborne illness pathogens and are a food safety concern.
A new white paper from McCloud Services discusses the problems with cockroaches in food plants and why, despite advances in insecticide baits, food processors must continue to be vigilant in control efforts to maintain a zero tolerance.
