Join 200 peers from the U.S., Europe, South Africa, Asia and Latin America, for a commercial food safety program hosted by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and the Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA). The 2017 Global Summit for Pest Management Services will be held April 2-4, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York, N.Y.

Of the many issues the food industry faces, food safety is the one that stands out globally, particularly under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), where all are under strict international standards with harmonization occurring at a rapid pace.

Major third party auditors will be attending this conference, which provides an opportunity for the pest management professionals to maintain their confidence in industry practices and products and demonstrate how its role is vital to the success of their food facilities.

Over the past couple of years, NPMA has placed the food safety commercial sector as a top priority. Last year, NPMA published the 2016 Pest Management in Food Processing and Handling Facilities, and, in the coming months, it will be finalizing the corresponding study guide and exam
