WASHINGTON — The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and Ever.Ag are excited to announce that registration for the third annual DairyTech conference opens today.

DairyTech 2024 will showcase the pioneers and pioneering applications bringing transformative potential of artificial intelligence to the dairy industry, from processing plant functions to supply chain management, demand forecasting, sustainability optimization, and corporate practices. The event will connect dairy professionals with leading experts on AI use in the food and beverage sector.

This year’s agenda is meticulously structured to provide attendees with an understanding of new AI-enhanced tools and practical applications they can use to make their businesses more efficient and innovative. The two-day conference will present a mix of keynotes, panel discussions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and evening receptions. Confirmed speakers include: Tom Edwards, managing director of AI at EY; Elizabeth Fastiggi, global head of product and GTM strategy for agri-food/fuel/fiber at Amazon Web Services (AWS); Michael Dykes, president and CEO of the International Dairy Foods Association; and Scott Sexton, CEO of Ever.Ag. Attendees will have the option to attend a tour of the Colorado Shamrock Foods Distribution Center, a state-of-the-art foodservice distribution facility in Aurora, Colorado that serves restaurant operators in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming

“Artificial intelligence has been driving innovation in the dairy industry for many years, and recent AI-enhanced technologies will change the way dairy companies operate from the processing plant to the executive suite,” said Dykes. “IDFA is thrilled to once again partner with Ever.Ag on a conference that shines a light specifically on the technological challenges and opportunities for dairy’s future. There’s no better place or time to get a pulse on the breadth of innovation in dairy processing than at DairyTech.”

“We are thrilled to join forces with IDFA for our 3rd annual DairyTech conference where leaders in the industry will learn and discuss the exciting developments of AI and its undeniable impact on business performance,” said Sexton. “There is no better forum to hear from experts and talk to peers about dairy technology than DairyTech, and this year will be our best yet with a theme on, arguably, the most powerful technology enabler there is - AI.”

DairyTech will take place October 23-24, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. The hotel and conference space boast high design and high-tech features for an inspiring conference in the heart of Downtown Denver. Dairy business executives and leaders in technology, supply chain management, processing engineering and operations, data management, and corporate departments such as human resources, marketing and sustainability are encouraged to register for the event.
