Victorinox announced that its award-winning Fibrox knife collection is now available in HACCP color coding. In addition to the classic black handles, the Fibrox knives are now available in red, blue, green, white, yellow, and purple. All colors are available in 10 blade types including boning, breaking, Chef’s, santoku, slicers and more.
Fibrox handles are made from thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). They feature non-slip properties, can be used at temperatures of up to 80-100 degrees Celsius and can be sterilized. To make the different applications for all knives visible, the 10 Fibrox models come in six colors. This corresponds to the internationally recognized HACCP system for risk management and safeguards a high level of safety in food processing.
