The new CEIA MS-series metal detectors automatically minimize the strongest product effects and achieve the industry's highest sensitivity to accurately detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including stainless steel, the company said.
CEIA's enhanced autolearn system accurately scans product to reduce set-up time, eliminate operator guessing and prevent costly inspection errors. Settings for different products are saved in memory for fast, error-free changeovers. Fully compliant with FDA Title 21, CEIA MS detectors are IP69K rated for high pressure, high-temperature wash down, the company said.
Developed by CEIA Spa of Italy, the new MS detectors are sold and serviced to food processors in North America by Heat and Control.
