For companies that want to standardize their pallet cleaning process and achieve consistent results time after time, Douglas Machines has developed a compact tunnel washer, the Douglas Model WR-1500V-PW.
This vertical-load machine is only 10 feet long and washes and sanitizes at the rate of 120 pieces an hour, the company said. Wash water is re-circulated to save water and chemicals. After the pallet leaves the wash chamber, it is sprayed with a fresh water sanitizing rinse at 180 degrees. An optional blow-off module also is available.
