Frederick, Md.-based A2LA WorkPlace Training (A2LA WPT) has been its establishment as a new company, separating itself from American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). The concept of the new company was created to meet customer demand for a full-service solution by including consultation services to enhance instructor-led and e-learning platform training.
“The emergence of A2LA WorkPlace Training is a creative solution for the conformity assessment community,” said A2LA WPT Vice President Tim Osborne. “Not only are we able to provide a diverse spectrum of training through multiple platforms, but now have the opportunity to customize applications within the training events using the customer’s management system and measurement processes and reinforce them through consultation services.”
A2LA WPT was established as a non-profit organization with a vision of being the leading management system, conformity assessment, and measurement training company in the world. It is organized and operated exclusively, for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or corresponding section of any future federal tax code). The mission of A2LA WPT focuses on providing independent, world-class training programs that inspire confidence in the quality of service and acceptance of results from organizations.
A2LA WPT offers a broad spectrum of instructor-led and online e-learning training courses, as well as consulting services, covering international standards, quality systems, technical tools and soft skills. For more information about A2LA WorkPlace Training, visit www.A2LAWPT.org.
