MEXICO CITY — The Food Safety Latam Summit 2025 is scheduled for May 20-22, at the Camino Real Hotel, Polanco, in the heart of the business district in Mexico City.
This forum allows senior executives from leading companies in the Latin American food chain, speakers, industry influencers, supply chain providers and service providers to converge.
Event organizers expect 650 attendees. The event agenda features 20 conferences, four discussion panels and 12 interactive workshops, designed to allow the audience to diversify their active participation and strengthen their vision of global trends impacting the industry. Sessions will dive into information on the expectations of modern consumers, who demand better risk management, transparency and information integrity, as well as the strong pressure for safe, sustainable and quality products.
The agenda will address the industry's challenges and innovations through the following thematic areas:

Speakers such as Laureano Turienzo, Fernando Avelleyra, Darin Detwiler, Joaquín Nava, Maryam Blythe, Damaris del Castillo, Rochelly Serrano, Juan Silva, César Ortiz, Jill Stuber, Tia Glave, Quincy Lissaur, Ulises Carrillo, Jessica Burke and Merce Sanchez, among other experts, will be part of the roster of specialists addressing these industry topics, offering insights that aim to broaden attendees' visibility on the regional and global challenges facing the food supply chain.
